Robert M. Gardner, Jr. is a 1996 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and holds undergraduate degrees from Piedmont College and Florida State University. While in school, Mr. Gardner worked for both the Credit Bureau of Athens and the Office of the Florida Secretary of State, gaining extensive experience in the workings of government and business institutions, as well as the nature of and procedures in which companies affect individual’s credit and collect debt. Mr. Gardner has practiced law in the Winder and Gainesville area since 1996, after his graduation from law School, and has extensive experience with the State, Federal, Administrative, and Local Court systems. A veteran of over 100 jury trials, over 3500 bankruptcy actions, and involvement of millions of dollars in recovery for his clients, Mr. Gardner combines the experience needed to succeed, along with the knowledge and understanding to understand the problems of individuals and business he represents. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia, and is admitted to practice in the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States Tax Court.
